Adam Bell

Mr. Bell represents companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation and government investigations, and assists clients in regulatory and transactional reviews. He has handled cases involving contractual disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, personal injury claims, health care litigation, class actions, bankruptcy adversarial proceedings, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, the False Claims Act, and the federal Anti-Kickback Statute. Mr. Bell has litigated cases in federal courts in Texas, Arkansas, Florida, and Delaware, and in state courts throughout Texas. He also has assisted companies in responding to Office of Inspector General and Department of Justice civil investigative demands and subpoenas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, Amarillo Area Bar Association, and the Amarillo Young Lawyers Association.

Mr. Bell is a 2016 cum laude graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where he was involved in the International Law Review Association. He earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2009, the same year he began teaching at Rockwall-Heath High School. He continued to teach geography while also attending law school. He also interned with the U.S. Department of Labor and the Rockwall County District Attorney’s Office.
